Individual Therapy

Individual psychotherapy can be a space for personal growth, healing from trauma, developing insight, navigating a specific road block, breaking bad habits and working through relational concerns. Feeling truly heard and understood can be a gift on its own.

I work with individuals seeking to address the following concerns:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Self-Esteem

  • Prenatal/Postpartum Support

  • Religious/Spiritual Concerns

  • Addiction

  • Trauma

  • Grief

  • Emotional distress due to life changes such as relationships or work

Couples Therapy and Multi-Partner Therapy

Often times in romantic relationships, couples get into repetitive cycles of conflict that can be defeating. This can feel exhausting and hopeless leading to physical and emotional distancing from one another. Couples therapy can teach you new ways of communicating, increase vulnerability, rebuild trust and improve sexual connection.

I work with partners seeking to address the following concerns:

  • Barriers in communication

  • Incompatible sexual desire

  • Lack of intimacy or closeness

  • Healing from an affair/infidelity

  • Navigating gender roles and expectations

  • Parenting/Postpartum transition

  • Divorce/Separation

  • Infertility

  • Exploring alternative relationship styles

Sex Therapy

Sex therapy is a form of talk therapy that can help address psychological or physical concerns related to sexuality or gender. Living in a society which deeply lacks holistic and pleasure oriented sex education, sex therapy can be a helpful space to learn about the spectrum of sexual identities and gender expressions, as well as challenge cultural norms related to sex and gain a better understanding of anatomy and physiology.

Common reasons someone may seek sex therapy:

  • Navigating sexual or gender identity

  • Sexual dysfunction

  • Vaginal and/or pelvic pain

  • Inability to orgasm

  • Low or lack of sexual desire

  • Sexuality Postpartum

  • Sexual trauma

  • Compulsive sexual behavior

  • Navigating a relationship between sex and religion

  • Parent-child sex education
